Account

In this section, users are allowed to change their account password, enable multi-factor authentication and initiate a log out from all devices using a particular account.

Changing the account password requires a user to remember their previous password. If they do not remember their previous password, they can reset their password after initiating a log out from their account.

To enable multi factor authentication, click on the “Enable MFA” button and scan the QR code using an authenticator of your choice. An example would be Google Authenticator.

After scan completion, click on continue, and you will be asked to enter the one time password that is shown in your authenticator app. You will be logged out of your account after entering the OTP. To login, you will now be required to enter the OTP shown in your authenticator app.

This marks the completion of your account’s MFA setup.

Upgrading or Cancelling your account

The section to the right of “Account” provides information on the number of wallets and transactions tracked, as well as the wallet and transaction limits. It also calculates the percentage usage of the account.

To upgrade to a premium plan, click on the Upgrade button and provide your full name and a detailed message outlining your needs. We will respond within 24 hours. Note that a premium plan may be necessary for those with a high frequency of transactions or the need for more than 5 unique wallets.
