The Exports section allows to create and download various types of reports. The currently available reports include:
Accounting and Audit
- Transaction History: This report shows all information about transactions, including: Date, Category, Sender, Receiver, Type, Token, Token price, Amount, Amount Fiat, Fee, Fee Fiat, Hash.
- Balances history (classic view): This report shows you all token included in the connected wallet(s), the historic token amount and corresponding fiat amount. The fiat valuation is always done with the token price from the same date when the transaction was conducted.
- Balances History (detailed view): In addition to the information provided in the Balance History (Classic View), it includes additional data points such as Starting and Ending Balances, Rollup (Net Change) Value. The table is structured with the assets displayed on the y-axis.
- Trial Balances: The trial balance report is an accounting report that lists the closing balances of the general ledger accounts. The balances of the ledgers are added to the debit and credit columns. The total of these two columns should match.
- Fee Expenditures: This report displays the network fees (blockchain gas fees) incurred for your transactions. You can choose to view either the fees paid by your connected wallets ("Paid Fees") or the fees paid by external wallets/smart contracts ("Counterparty Fees"). The transaction data can be aggregated based on different parameters such as the target (receiver of the transactions) or account types.
- Counterparties transaction history: This report provides an overview of the inflows and outflows to your connected wallets from external wallets. It aggregates the transaction values for the selected timeframe, allowing you to track funds received and sent to external sources.
- Positions: This report offers a comprehensive overview of the assets at a specific point in time. By presenting a snapshot of the asset portfolio, this report provides valuable insights into the composition, distribution, and value of holdings.
- Assets List: This report offers an overview of all assets currently held within the selected portfolio.
- Inflow and Outflow Statement: This report allows a user to view the inflows and outflows of a wallet or exchange at specific time intervals.
- Sub ledger history: The sub-ledger history report provides a list of all asset movements, detailing account types, credits, and debits. It offers a concise overview of financial transactions, facilitating accurate tracking and analysis of changes in the organization's accounts.
- Trial Balance: The trial balance report offers a snapshot of an organization's financial health by summarizing all credit and debit balances in ledger accounts. It serves as a crucial tool for verifying the accuracy of financial records, ensuring that total credits equal total debits.
Data Organization
- Contact Lists: This report offers a comprehensive overview of all contacts added to the platform. This report includes essential details such as the contact name, public wallet address, as well as the date of creation and last edit.
- Audit trail: This report captures all platform changes, including account type edits, report creation, and user invitations. It provides a comprehensive record of activities, enhancing transparency and accountability while facilitating effective oversight of platform operations.
- Unidentified Addresses: This report provides a listing of all addresses that have not been imported as a connection or added as a contact within the platform. This report helps identify and track addresses that are not associated with known connections or contacts, ensuring comprehensive visibility and management of your address portfolio.
- Sources List: This report presents a comprehensive listing of all connections added to the platform. This report includes essential information such as the Source name, Type, Address, and Import date.
- Team Breakdown (to be added): This report offers a comprehensive overview of all the teams and team participants associated with your account.
